Cleo Technical was inspired by the confidence of Cleopatra who was the  Queen of the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt from 51 to 30 BC.  She made a statement in her rule and it is this confident mindset and sophistication that inspired the creation of the Cleo suit.
